Thirty three years ago our family had a house fire and we lost everything that we owned.  If it hadn't been for the generosity of our friends & neighbors in our local community I don't know that we would have gotten back on our feet.  They were so helpful in giving us the things that we needed to survive which most of us take for granted on a daily basis. Because of our community  we are now in a better position and are able to help out others who are in similar situations.  We want to give back to our community and help them out the way that they have helped us out.  We have started a not for profit organization called "Moms  Angels". These families are all our angels. We take donations of household items, furniture, baby items and clothing of all sizes and items of nesessity and distribute them to families in need.  We started helping out just a few families back in october of 2007 before we had officially obtained our license and became a 501c3 organization. We are hoping  that we  will be able to go statewide with the help of others in our community & continue to help even more families.  There is a big need for helping needy families right now and we strive to help them the best that we can to help them get a new start at life .  We occassionally may have to sell items to continue to pay for expenses but everything else goes to families that are in need and are struggling to live in this everyday world. we have been there so we know how it is and its not a good thing! we have babies sleeping in drawers ,families that have had tragedys, and that have went thru hard times! please if you can help give us a call and we will be glad to pick up your items and distribute them to families but please remember we may have to sell items to keep us going. we are not responisble for items once they are donated.

we also take vechicles that will help us to transport items and pick up items for families and campers and motorhomes for them to sleep in. we can give a full bluebook tax writeoff for them.

items we do not take are enclopedias, torn or ripped furniture or paint and stain and televisions

we are also looking for sponsors to help a needy family at christmas time to have a christmas by getting them a holiday meal and presents for there children. if your that person please email or call.

We are a not for profit organization that helps families in need.  This also means that we do this all on our own.  We don’t ask for money but if you would like to help out with the cost of expenses of maintence on vechicles and gas to pick up the items for the families we would greatly appreciate it. We do  all this out of a need to help the community.  If you have items that you would like to donate to us so that we can distrubute them to families in need you can contact us by e-mail or telephone.  Once you have contacted us we will set up a time to come and pick up the items that you are donating, at your convenience.  We will even help you pack up your donations so that you don't have to do all of the work.  we do not have a store  as everyone is saying.
